For PET and SPECT only: After the scan request has been approved, download a study design form
Go to the BRB scheduling website - select EQUIPMENT/SCHEDULING
For the desired imaging modality select SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
Select the date and start time that you would like to schedule a scan
Fill in PI, budget #, contact information, study design, then submit the scan request
Fill out the PET and SPECT study design form and submit to James Fox 2 business days prior to study
